This practical workshop is designed for in-house Facilitators as a follow-up to The 5-Day Personalysis Facilitator Foundation Program. Individuals learn how to use Personalysis to maximize congruence between the organization's need and the individual's personality. The "Fit" process covers how to manage an individual from pre-employment to post-employment and everything in between. A "how-to" guide provides the specifics of using Personalysis in selecting, hiring, orienting, integrating, managing, and career pathing. Facilitators develop strategies for unique profiles and enhance their skills through case studies, exercises, and role-plays.
Purpose
To demonstrate the practical applications of Personalysis in selecting, hiring, orienting, managing, and planning career paths.
Desired Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Assess and articulate job descriptions in terms of personality strengths
- Describe the Do's and Don'ts of using Personalysis in the selection process of hiring
- Analyze personality profiles in relation to interviewing, orienting, integrating, managing, and performing behaviors
- Design a strategy for orienting and training individuals based on profiles
- Coach managers for effective integration of newly hired individuals
- Assess and plan how Personalysis may be used successfully within their own organizations
