This practical workshop is designed for in-house Facilitators as a follow-up to The 5-Day Personalysis Facilitator Foundation Program. Individuals learn how to use Personalysis to enhance team effectiveness and focus on analyzing, interpreting, and sharing the Group Dynamic Profile (GDP). Facilitators receive a "how-to" guide which provides a process from inception to completion of all action items. Applications range from newly formed groups to transitions to highly performing teams. The workshop equips Facilitators with the concepts, tools, and processes to use Personalysis as a successful teambuilding intervention.

Purpose

To train Facilitators to use Personalysis as a teambuilding intervention

Desired Outcomes

Participants will be able to:

Teach Color Clusters to the team members
Interpret and diagnose team needs using the Group Dynamic Profile
Facilitate team diagnosis of the current and future states and identify the current team stage of development
Help identify issues, barriers, needs, and opportunities for enhancing team effectiveness
Assist the team in planning actions for the team and individuals
Experience the Personalysis process for building teams
Apply a model for building teams as a consulting intervention
Give and receive personal feedback
