Discover the benefits Personalysis can offer your organization and how to optimize its value through in-house facilitation. While Personalysis is normally introduced and maintained within the leadership teams by experienced Personalysis Consultants, many organizations find using internal personnel very effective in cascading Personalysis throughout the organization. By training in-house Facilitators, organizations maximize Personalysis time, cost, and application efficiencies. The Foundation Program prepares Facilitators to orient employees in the basics of the technology and to review individual profiles. The training provides both a deep dive into Personalysis content and individual practice. Experiential, detailed, and rich in personal feedback, the training equips Facilitators to use Personalysis for increased effectiveness throughout their organizations.
Purpose
This five-day session will assist your trained facilitators in two crucial areas. They will learn to lead a three-hour Personalysis Orientation Session and to review Personalysis Reports with individual associates.
Desired Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Perform a self-evaluation and begin a plan for further development
- Use a practical model for acting as a Personalysis Facilitator
- Practice presenting and facilitating the Orientation Session
- Interpret profiles
- Receive and share real-time feedback on their Personalysis interpretive skills
- Intervene when dealing with challenges and difficult situations around Personalysis issues
