do I get started using Personalysis?

The
first step is to complete a
Personalysis Questionnaire.
This self-administered questionnaire
is simple to take and requires
little more than 15 minutes
of your time.
For your convenience, the Questionnaire
is available in two versions:
a printed copy and an online
web application.
The online feature allows you
immediate worldwide access to
the questionnaire. Your information
is downloaded directly to our
processing center. Results are
often available within 24 hours.
When time is of the essence,
results can be made available
more quickly.
Contact your representative
for either the print copy or
access to the online feature.
You may order a single questionnaire
or set up an order for multiple
questionnaires for your team
