John K. Tingey

Chief Executive Officer

Expertise:

As a dynamic and highly accomplished professional, with a unique blend of skills, I stand out as an effective leader, known for my critical problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and exceptional interpersonal ease.

My professional background includes stints at The Howard Hughes Corporation, PulteGroup, Caprock – a boutique multi-family office, and Blue360 Media as its chief operating officer. My eclectic career began in the university classroom as an adjunct Spanish professor. In fact, if you had asked me all those years ago to picture my future self, the only thing I may have gotten right was that I would be living in the mountains, skiing in the winter and biking in the summer!

I hold a master’s degree in Latin American Political Economy and an MBA in International Management. You can find me at john@personalysis.com.

Outside of Work:

Living in Park City, Utah means that the mountains are always calling! The downside? The true number of skis and bikes that should populate my quiver will always be N+1.

You would be surprised to learn that:

I am not a fan of uncertainty. I think my Personalysis assessment puts it best by saying “John wants to conduct life on a sound basis.” However, I have found that some of life’s greatest joys are preceded by uncertainty. This is also captured in my assessment by noting in my preferred dimension that “John’s ability to adjust to change fosters a sense of self mastery!”

Ask me about:

The impact that Personalysis has had on the lives of our clients. I believe that Personalysis exists to remove the inconsistency in communication, to create stronger relationships, to enable personal and career growth, and to simply make a positive difference in one’s life. Our clients can agree!

Adrienne McDunn

President and Executive Consultant

Expertise:

Coach, executive consultant, education and organizational development specialist, facilitator, coaching supervisor, mediation.

As a leader, I know that great leadership relies on the ability to develop others and create a sustainable culture of powerful teamwork. The passion I have for the care of others is shared by the entire Personalysis family. United in purpose, our team aspires to excellence in customer service.

As an executive coach, I leverage 40+ years of experience empowering leaders, emerging leaders and teams toward operational excellence through effective working relationships. Research shows that teams comprised of diverse thinking and social styles as well as interests are more productive, creative and return a higher quality of work. I am most proud of my success in helping people learn to understand, appreciate and ultimately value differences in personality style so they can work together better.

In my experience self-awareness is a critical success factor in any endeavor. I have thoroughly enjoyed using the Personalysis assessment to assist people to identify the behaviors they use to be their best self. With this awareness, a person can begin to assess their impact on others and notice style differences. It is very rewarding to guide people as they learn how to build relationships that leverage strengths, empower differences and become greater in their togetherness. This is especially effective when working with hybrid and remote teams.

I hold a M.Ed. in Adult Education from North Carolina State University and a BA from the University of Minnesota. I am certified in Coaching Supervision from CSA UK, Crucial Conversation, mediation and facilitation.

Outside of Work:

I enjoy travel especially when focused on historical sites. I am an avid reader with a universal taste which includes science, history, biography, social sciences, religion & spirituality, classics, historical fiction, and steampunk!
